A new security incident has rocked the strategic Strait of Hormuz, after an unidentified projectile hit a merchant tanker while sailing, the UK Merchant Marine Operations Agency (UKMTO) confirmed today. According to the official announcement, the attacked ship suffered damage to the bridge. Fortunately, all crew members escaped without injury and are currently safe.
