The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, is finally dismissed from his post. The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, has been permanently removed from his post, following a decision supported by 82 of the court’s 125 member states.

The dismissal is related to allegations of sexual misconduct, claims which Khan has repeatedly denied, insisting that he has not committed any wrongdoing, Reuters writes.

Karim Khan had been the head of the ICC Prosecutor’s Office since 2021 and became one of the most well-known figures in international justice, especially after the decision to seek measures against leaders involved in international conflicts.
